WorldView-2 satellite, launched on 8 January 2009, is a part of the DigitalGlobe’s satellite constellation. It operates at an altitude of 770 km, providing 46 cm panchromatic resolution and 1,85 multispectral resolution. DigitalGlobe is the main developer and owner of WorldView-2.
